What "All-Inclusive" Really Means Here: Our Monthly Fee, Line by Line
Families get burned by senior living pricing. A base rate that looks fair, then a "care level" fee, a medication fee, a laundry fee, a community fee at move-in. We decided early on that we would not do that.
The two room rates
- Single Private Room, 161 square feet, private bathroom: $4,725 per month
- X-Large Private Room, 224 square feet, private bathroom: $5,250 per month
The fee is due on the 1st of each month. There is no move-in fee, no application fee, and no a la carte charges.
What the monthly fee includes
- 24-hour alert and awake staff
- Daily housekeeping and laundry
- Three meals and snacks every day, cooked here
- Activities program
- Medication administration
- All utilities, including cable TV
- Personal care and grooming, including showers
- Monthly beautician visit (perms are extra)
- Podiatry every three months for patients of IVPS
- On-call physician services and pharmaceutical deliveries
What is not included
We would rather tell you now than surprise you later. Incontinence supplies, nutritional supplements like Ensure, and transportation are the family's responsibility. We are not able to accommodate special diets such as gluten-free, celiac, or vegan. A personal landline phone in the room is $40 per month if wanted.
Respite and the waitlist
Overnight respite care, when a room is open, is $200 per day. If you are on our waitlist and a room opens before you are ready, a $1,000 deposit holds it for up to 30 days.
Why this matters
When the fee is flat, nobody has to debate whether a resident "needs" help with a shower that week. The help is simply given. Families can budget, and residents are never made to feel like a line item.
